BEWARE!!! I have waited a while to write this review because I wanted some time to pass to be able to give an accurate and fair review. We started our pool with Poolscapes of Texas in December of 2023. The overall process went smoothly as this was our second pool to have built by this company previously known as (Premier Pools and Spas). Our pool was completed in March of 2024. Three weeks after the pool was completed we had a moderate rain storm come in and our pool completely flooded our pool went from crystal blue to brown. Our overall experience was excellent. We set an expectation that communication was key for us. They laid out each phase and as each contractor that came out did an exceptional job. Craftsmanship was above and beyond our expectations. Steven was our designer and provided recommendations along the way which also made our experience that much more easy through the process. We highly recommend Poolscapes of Texas.

If your looking to build a new pool, or hire a reliable and knowledgeable company to services your pool I highly recommend them. SP Pools have been absolutely outstanding. We got an excellent service. Brian M. and Rodney S. were so patient and accommodating with all the designs we want for our pool and it was executed perfectly. Pool was completed in a timely and questions were addressed right away.

We are really happy with our overall project! Matthew designed our pool/hot tub, patio extension, outdoor kitchen, fire pit with seating and outdoor restroom. This turnkey solution made it easy for us to pull the trigger and would definitely do it again.

BEWARE: This company is operating now under Pool Scapes Of Texas but when I did my pool it was Premier Pool. It appears they were ripping clients off and doing work half ass only for their clients to suffer later. They won’t return any calls regarding the warranty I have on my pool . I’m currently trying to track them down to file a lawsuit.

LIEN ON NY PROPERTY FOR HIM NOT PAYING A CONTRACTOR HE BROUGHT TO NY HOUSE FOR A POOL. STEVE UNGER, HIS FATHER BILL are the worst contractors ever. I paid them $92,000 for a pool, it took them almost 5 months to finish my pool. Once it was done one of their contractors came to my house because they had not paid them a total of $17,720 which till today I have a lien in my house because he nor his father have paid the contractor his fees. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES. I’m still waiting for them to handle this it’s being more than 2 months.

Do not hire this company….. We contracted with Premier Pools and Spas (now Poolscapes of Texas) in 2021 and are still trying to get final punch list items addressed. For over 3 years I have pleaded with them to complete the items that they agreed too and at this point am not even lucky enough to get a response to calls or emails. This company will demand full payment well in advance of the completion of the pool and gladly skip out when comes time to complete the job properly.
