This company has been a complete disappointment. Their lifeguards consistently ignore community rules, alter posted regulations without any authority, and spend time on their phones instead of watching swimmers. Multiple residents, including myself, were told to leave the pool during designated lap swim times clearly allowed by our HOA rules. Their staff is unprofessional, poorly managed, and creates safety risks for everyone at the pool. I would never recommend Premier Aquatics to any community seeking reliable and respectful pool management.

This management company needs to learn how to train their lifeguards. On a day with next to no clouds at 4:30 the lifeguard decided he didn't want to work anymore because it was 101 degrees. He blew his whistle claiming he "saw lightening" and heard thunder. Everyone at the pool looked around at each other like, what? No one heard or saw anything and he shut all the umbrellas and made us leave. This is an HOA community in loudoun county. Then he tried to justify saying well, the storm was 12 miles away. Great experience with the team from Premier. I'll like to thank Veliko for showing great customer service and is very knowledgeable on what he does on a daily base. So glad we have him and his team assisting us at our complex!

Premier Aquatics runs our condo community pool in Manassas. We do not have a lifeguard, and we are already halfway through the season. I understand the shortage. However, the apartment community just a few feet away in the same complex has a lifeguard. They are run by a different company. Our condo community is clearly on the bottom of their list given that many other pools in are area were able to find lifeguards. I had an issue with my pool turning green. I reached out to Premier Aquatics and within the next day they had someone onsite who educated us and solved our issues promptly.
