Rob was fantastic at always keeping up communication and walking us through each step of the process for our pool renovation. The pool turned out fantastic and his team made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. Couldn’t be happier!

We love working with Beltway Pools. They have been our pool service for a few years now. After trying 2 other services, and feeling like there’s got to be something better we found Beltway and YES! there was something better🥰 They are responsive, conscientious, reasonable and easy to work with. Folks there are nice, knowledgeable and take a “no-nonsense” approach to pool maintenance. We are very thankful to have discovered them!!

What a great experience with Beltway Pools! Rob was phenomenal and with us every step of the way. He was honest, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. We had an unexpected issue come up with our pool light and Rob worked with us through it. We can’t say how much we appreciate Rob’s expertise and so happy with the end result. Thank you, Rob!

This was my second year as a pool owner having bought a new home w/ a pool in 2024. I had a lot to learn! Rob explained to me things about my pump, circulation pipes, pool construction, and operation. He was easily available to come out & assist with any problems. The support team in the office is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, easy going, and they remember me! I[m not just a number! The team that cames onsite was reliable. Never missed a visit. Don't trust these guys. I'm paid more than 80k to redo my pool house located in Mclean, VA. The pool never worked. Always green. Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. T…

Great service, great pricing, and incredibly reliable! We’ve been with Beltway Pools for a number of years, and they have consistently provided outstanding service along with phenomenal documentation after every visit and cleanings. Today, after days of heavy rain, our pool filtering system unexpectedly failed right before our son’s graduation pool party this week. Needless to say, we were stressed. Beltway Pools is truly the best pool company in Alexandria. I know both Dragan and Rob and they are so professional - between the options in their showroom, punctuality, craftsmanship, suggestions for fixing other company's mistakes, the high level of detail, they are the very top of their industry. Rob and the Beltway staff repaired my pool and did some needed maintenance. Kept me well informed on the process. I have been pleased with the results. Their routine maintenance visits are regular and thorough.

BELTWAY POOLS, WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. ON THE DAY BEFORE MY POOL OPENING, APRIL 15, 2024, A HUGE TREE OVER 100 FEET CAME CRASHING DOWN, WIPING OUT EVERYTHING THAT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY BACKYARD PARIDISE. WE WERE SO GLAD TO HAVE FOUND BELTWAY POOLS. ROB, DRAGAN AND NIKO REBUILT EVERYTHING, FROM DECK, FENCING, AND BEAUTIFUL INGROUND POOL.
