We contracted Premier Pool Renovations to resurface our in-ground gunite pool in September 2022, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The initial resurfacing was completed with numerous large blemishes across the pool surface. Instead of correcting the workmanship properly, the crew attempted to wash the surface with a strong acid, which made the appearance even worse. Premier pool did a nice job on our pool renovation 3 years ago - plaster, tile and coping. They just came out to replace some tile that cracked due to freezing last winter and did the repair at no cost, even though we were out of the warranty window. They responded quickly to my request and had the repairs completed within 3 days!

Premier Pool Renovations plastered and retiled our pool in 2020, and we have been very pleased with the job. Over this past winter some of the tile under the coping developed cracks and fell into the pool, so we contacted Premier Pool to determined why the tile broke and to replace the broken tile. We knew the pool was beyond their warranty period so anticipated paying for the service. They came out quickly and determined the cause was due to an inadequate coping revision done by another contractor earlier and replaced the broken tile. Premier Pool Renovations were great to work with. In less than 36 hours their teams drained our pool, removed the old tile, prepped the pool for new tile and installed it. Dan O'Kane, Keith Wertman and the construction crews were friendly, helpful, efficient and gave us a quality job. We recommend them highly for pool renovations.
