My wife and I used Premier to design and construct our pool. What we received was the centerpiece to our backyard oasis. Cassidy took my wife and my ideas merged them into something we’d both love. Don’t judge a franchise by its franchisee. I used Josh the local Simpsonville franchisee. He has impeccable customer centric minded service. He’s creating a trust with me. Did an unwarranted follow up. Explains the whole process of operation of my much aging pool system. Saving me money without the overkill bull. Also he’s responsive. After many companies he’s the one that didn’t try the oversell tactics. He listened to want I need not what he need.

If you are looking for someone to create your dream oasis look no further than Premier Pools & Spas. Cassidy is such a delight to work with and loves helping you create the perfect pool. Cassidy and Brent are truly a dynamic duo and treated us like family. Brent is so meticulous in making sure work is completed to perfection. scheduled our design consultation and received a proposal back much faster than the other companies we talked to. The owners are very reasonable and nice to work with. They addressed all of our concerns with a high level of detail and made sure we were happy with our finished product. We were so scared we were going to have a hole in the ground for a year because of all the horror stories. they were done in a little over 3 months. They kept us informed every step of the way. If you’re thinking about building a pool, I would definitely go with Premier Pools and Spas. We’ve wanted a pool for years and have talked to many companies, but Cassidy and Brent were the first ones to make us feel like we could trust them. We decided to build in the winter so the weather was not on our side, but Cassidy’s amazing pool designs and frequent communication made up for it. We have our dream pool and couldn’t be happier!
