Bought a home with a pool for the first time and I was completely ignorant on pool maintenance but I knew by looking at it I wasn't going to jump in it! Called Preserve and Kristen came out quickly and assessed the mess the previous owners left us with and Michael fixed the problems quickly and had us up in running in a few days. Sarah does a great job cleaning our pool and takes pride in her work. Don't hesitate to hire Preserve, they are true professionals.

Just had Preserve complete a major renovation for us - did a complete re-plaster and re-tile. Work was outstanding; all completed on time and price was what they said it would be. Very happy with Kristen (the "Pool Whisperer") and Michael. They are two of the hardest working folks you will meet and are serious about their business and its reputation.

Kristen was very knowledgeable in pool chemistry,was a pleasure to work with,I can't believe all of the certifications she has from @watershapeuniversity...if you need your pool cleaned or replastered give her a call 💪🏻

Preserve pools (Kristen specifically) has been a complete life saver for me. They came in and helped when my pool was being completely neglected by a well known pool company. They got everything in order and running properly again. The pool they manage for us is an AIRBNB and they are always so accommodating anytime we need extra cleanings/fast fixes. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pool company! They do our routine maintenance as well as any work we need done. Don't think there is a better pool company around in Charleston area!

Kristen is the “Pool Whisperer “. She is an expert on all things about a pool. She performed a miracle on my pool and it has been revived to its pristine appearance.
