Expert Pools were great! You can email or call them to schedule service. They provide a time window and also you can track when they are arriving. Very professional and nice. Pricing is very honest. We will definitely call them again for any future needs.
Jamie's the best - always takes the time to explain an issue and what the resolution... is. Very timely and the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend Expert Pools and specifically Jamie if you're having any pool equipment issues.
UPDATE: If you have AHS and this company is your service request, prepare to be denied. Look no further than every single 1 star review on this company. AHS and companies like ExpertPools are legit SCAMS!!! I had a service request through American Home Shield for a pool pump that stopped working. The motor is approximately 11 years old and had been operating on the same electrical circuit for that time. The technician spent about 15 minutes on site and concluded the issue was “electrical over-voltage,” which will likely result in a denial of coverage. The pump had previously operated for 11 …
Expert Pools and Joe are our go to. Joes knowledge of pool systems is off the grid. Extremely nice guy and explains exactly what the issue is and the repair needed. Excellent company. I highly recommenf Expert Pools!!
Jamie is more than a pool repairman. He is what I would call a trusted advisor. He fixes everything the first time, and thinks of creative ways to save me money with regards to repairs. If you’re not using expert pools as your pool service then you aren’t using experts! You are using the 2nd string or worse!

Totally great guys had discussions over months, where I wanted to get what I thought I wanted, never being a pool owner vs what they recommended. I’m glad I went with their recommendation and not spending on something I might not need or use. Saved 10k from them talking me off the ledge.

I had a WO through American Home Shield on a warranty issue with my salt cell malfunctioning due to water getting into the board. Tech AJ came out and acknowledged that the salt cell was bad and needed to be replaced. I also put in there to check wires because I’m the new home owner and some wires were left unconnected. There were two centimeter size abrasions of the wire, which didn’t even interfere with power to unit; however, American Home Shield refused to cover my salt cell repair/ replacement due to tech AJ putting that the abrasions in wire(by pets supposedly) caused water to somehow …
