Would HIGHLY discourage anybody from even thinking about doing business with this company. My husband and I decided to go with an above ground pool with a surrounding wood extension of our current deck. From start to finish, the process took almost a year and a 1/2 to complete due to inconsistencies with communication and absolutely no follow through or regard for our time or the signed contract. We were actually told that they underbid the project , therefore , making it seem like because of that , we were at their mercy to get the job completed. Went there on Sunday as I needed some "emergency chemicals" and classic wasnt open...maybe its just who the old guy is but i needed some professional advice on how to tackle some water quality issues and he seemed kind of condescending in my opinion...wish I would have justed waited and spent my money elsewhere...dude, if you read this you can say what you want about classic across the street from you but if they are anything they are friendly and they realize not everyone who comes in has the knowledge you have...as a small business owner I love talking to clients when they have questions for…

I went to get a price on some very extensive work I need done on my old Sun Holiday Pool . I went in with expectation that probably my best option would be to just tear it down. I spoke with the Manager, Dan. My wife and I sat down with Dan and I explained everything I needed done. Dan sat quietly, listened and took notes. He thought for a couple of minutes and then quoted a price that I couldn't refuse. We’re now on year 3 of our Sunburst Pool, and we still couldn’t be any happier!! They came to our house to help walk/talk though logistics and what I needed for my yard. Permits through the city was a whole separate issue, as was relocating my electrical feed. But Joe, Dan, and all of the staff at Sunburst Pools made the process so easy and we are so happy with the pool!! I will always suggest Sunburst Pools to anyone looking for a pool. Quality work, quality products, and reliable people!! Highly recommended!!!

These guys are amazing , professional , very timely . They also not only sell pools, repair, fill and maintain. Great business highly recommend .
