My parents started using Rainey for pool cleaning and maintenance services a few years ago. To say they failed miserably would be an understatement. My parents had an unfortunate house fire and were living at another property while the fire remediation occurred. During that time, the power was briefly shut off while the house had electrical work done…but then the power was turned back on, and yet, the pool conditions deteriorated to the point you see in the picture , and stayed that way for WEEKS. My parents attempted to reach someone in the office to complain, but couldn’t get through to anyo…
This is the best pool company in Clear Lake/Galveston area. They fixed our previous pool builders mistakes and we couldn’t be happier. Tim and his team are honest, good people and theyll treat you right and do quality work. I highly recommend.
I just did a complete pool restoration and added a heater at the same time. Rainey Pools did an outstanding job. My pool has never looked so inviting!!! Haven't had a chance to use the heater yet, but excited to do so. Rainey also has contract for all my service, cleaning, and maintenance! Thank you to all of the Rainey Team!
Rainey Pool Company built my pool and hot tub and did a fantastic job! Everything came out perfect! I have a man named Corbin Kanuch that is the best pool cleaner I have ever had! Top class cleaning and knows what your pool needs!
Updated review. The company followed through on the owner’s offer to replace the flagstone pool coping. It is now the color we selected and it is beautiful. I will upload new pics if I can. Original review: Our experience has been mixed. The design and contract experience was smooth, responsive and efficient. Overall, during construction the project manager was responsive. However, we sent an email with a concern about the flagstone coping not looking like what we had selected as soon as they delivered the slabs of stone to start installation the next day. Our pool guy Corbin is amazing and our pool has never looked better. If you get to have him clean your pool you are in luck! Corbin goes over the top to service and clean our pool.
