Mike and his team did a fantastic job on our deck and screened in porch refresh! From demolition to clean up Mike kept us apprised of what was happening and when. He answered questions quickly and remedied any concerns we had. I highly recommend Mike and his team for your decking project.

I highly recommend Regan Total Construction for your deck project! Mike Regan and his team did a fantastic job. Mike first came to our house to help us with the design, and gave us detailed descriptions & pros/cons of different decking/colors/railings/etc. His team nearly completed the entire job in two days and the logistics (demolition of the old deck, materials delivery, dumpster, etc) appeared to be seamless. Mike did a detailed review at the end and made sure everything was perfect. Very impressed with the whole project!

HIGHLY recommend Regan Total Construction! Regan Total Construction did a complete rebuild of our ~400 sq ft deck (demo of old wood deck/stairs and full new frame with Trex decking and railing), and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.
