TJ and the whole team from Ritzcraft were awesome. Our pool turned out beautiful and we are extremely happy with the process from start to finish. TJ did a great job designing our pool and had great communication throughout the build.Would highly recommend Ritzcraft !

I so wanted to leave a great review . While we love our actual pool and our salesmen was good , the subcontractors are ridiculous clowns and project manager not the best at communicating . Our pool was delivered and we made all the payments very quickly. When it came time to do the punch list it’s like Ritzcraft vanished . When we reached out , oh we are busy right now , out there as soon as we can ! . So far nothing . My husband had to fix pavers that were busted by electrical contractors and cover up that nasty looking pipe ! You would think $100,000 in few months would get you service and p…

I chose Ritzcraft from three pool builders. I am very happy that I did. They made the process easy and it was a pleasure dealing with the entire staff. TJ helped me to design exactly what I wanted. The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. My project manager, Scott, was here every week, and was willing to answer all my questions and explain the process. They said it would be three months, and my pool was ready in 87 days ! Luckily we had good weather ! I highly recommend Ritzcraft !

they resurface my pool in 2021. It was right after that I had a big long crack in the first step all the way across the step on the face edge in the front of that steps to the pool. They said they couldn’t do nothing about it because they couldn’t bust it up to fix it because they would have to break the whole pool apart so they put putty in it and it looked like crap. they also damage my edging around the pool when they were jackhammering inside pool they destroyed that they couldn’t do nothing about that because I would’ve had to replace all the edging around the pool all the tile work in th…

We had our pool built December 2025 it was completed February 2026. we are so happy with everything. We worked with TJ. After doing some research with other pool companies we were getting weary., companies were not calling us back prices were changing and we just did not feel comfortable. We called Ritzcraft and worked with TJ , he laid out everything for us helped pick out what we needed and he even helped me with our HOA. he brought the project in on time and on budget. We are very satisfied and grateful. We would recommend Ritzcraft 100%

Very happy with the end result of our pool and patio. TJ made the overall experience very pleasant. He was always available to answer any questions, helped resolve issues, and really made us feel like we had someone we could count on for anything that came up during the process. Overall, Ritzcraft gave us the most value for our buck after getting numerous quotes from other companies in the area.
