Back in 2019 I had 6 different pool companies come out and give me a quote. Did my research for the best equipment, in floor cleaning ext. We ended up choosing Rondo, the Rep was Amazing to deal with. I know it was a little before the Covid issues but it took 3 months to completely finish the pool. All the subcontractors were friendly and polite and showed up when they were supposed to. I would 100% recommend Rondo, they have been in the valley for 30+ years. Our experience with Rondo was nothing but spectacular! From the beginning of the design process, to the finishing process. The communication was impeccable. Through all of the phases. Their staff kept us constantly updated on each step. We’re readily available to answer questions. Paul Hon designed the perfect shaped pool for our unique space. We can’t say enough about this company. Would refer them to friends and family. Would definitely recommend them and if we ever need another pool we will be calling on Rondo. They are that good.

Worked with Bryan in designing the pool, and Kevin, the owner of Rondo Pools. A bad review I saw inspired me to write my own. First off, Kevin is a genuinely good guy, and a hands on owner. Bryan, also a good guy, and there was no part of this huge project that they weren't clear on with me, whether it involved cost, estimated time to complete, or what they could deliver on. The 3D rendering video they sent me wasn't just close to what we wanted in real life, it's was exactly right, and the final built product was a perfect match too. Anyone who has tried to build anything here in the Valley over the last 24 months knows firsthand the challenges to be faced. From material delays, to manpower delays, nothing goes as planned. Was referred to Rondo by our builder as part of the package. Was quoted 300k for a 15x30 pool and spa with landscaping (no structure). By comparison we paid 115k for a similar pool a year ago. When we mentioned this to the designer he got defensive and said our pool was not quality. In all fairness, pool GCs all use the same subs, so I find this hard to believe. Needless to say, we elected to go with a different pool builder who we felt provided a better product at less than half the cost.

I would never use them again. Their sub contractor's were horrible they damaged the stucco on my home . They left a live wire just buried in the ground! They didn't restore my pavers like the said . They took down my gate to get equipment in and damaged the wall. In only a two years three of the jets in the spa broke! They refused to fix anything.

Had pool installed around 2020. Pool installation was great, happy with the results and well done, no complaints. Installation of travertine tile around the pool was terrible. The grout around the tiles broke up from Day 1 and tiles sunk and shifted. Rondo slowly sent out workers who did nothing more than cut the tile crookedly to try and replace and repair, where tiles shortly after sunk and shifted. This continued numerous times until the "warranty" ran out and they would no longer service. It was a bandaid on a poorly designed travertine installation. We are stuck with paying for the traver…
