1 star for Lacking customer service. BUYER BEWARE I have still to receive an answer via phone call or email to remedy yard damage done by trucks after we seeded from LAST YEAR. I was told by the office MANY times I would be getting a call back. still waiting.. they thought a good idea to drive up the yard rather than walk up the driveway and created this mess. If this was the only issue with lacking customer service, I would let it be. But unfortunately, it is not.

Sunset Pools was amazing to work with at so many levels. First of all they returned my phone call when most companies did not. Process was amazing and fun. We got everything done and never went over budget. They always respond, always show up, and always deliver. Anyone looking for a pool should call them and at least check them out - worth your time. The install was super quick and got everything up and running ahead of schedule.

I just wanted to express how nice it is that your company employs developmentally disabled individuals. I saw one of your trucks at the home Depot in Lake Zurich parked in the loading zone going the wrong way and blocking the exit and it wasn't until I saw your employee come out of the store that I realized that he was special needs. Yay for you guys and so nice to see that your company will hire those with disabilities 🙏

We had Sunset Pool replace an old pool and are very satisfied. They did a beautiful job, respectful of our property, and continue to maintain. They are quick to respond if there are any issues or questions. We have been happy with Sunset Pool. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Sunset Pools & Spas for our backyard pool project. We had a wonderful experience. The owner Nick helped us design the perfect backyard oasis. We are extremely happy with the results. We wouldn’t change a thing. The Sunset staff was top notch, extremely professional and courteous. Nick has several hard working, experienced crews that know exactly how to build a beautiful pool. This is our 4th summer with our pool. Sunset built a terrific pool and the weekly maintenance team is great. No issues so far, we are very happy with the quality and service from Sunset!
