Steven and his crew are the BEST! They’re incredibly knowledgeable about everything from construction to landscaping. I have two large gardens, and they connected a water system from the pond on our land to provide natural irrigation. This is something I wouldn’t have even known was possible without S&S Development. I’ve also hired them for a roof replacement and a full interior painting project. They work quickly and deliver impeccable results. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

Working with S&S Development Co. was great from beginning to end. They really listened to what I wanted and helped bring my pool idea to life. The crew was professional and friendly, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Everything was done on time and didn’t go over budget, which I really appreciated. I’m super happy with how my pool turned out and would definitely recommend S&S to anyone in Birmingham looking for quality work and a team that cares.

Steve and his team completed an addition on our home (2 beds, office and bathroom) in 2022. Great quality, competitve pricing and he finished on budget and on time. He also advised us on the concept that we ended up going with over 2 designs completed by architecture firms. Very professional team and subcontractors. He stood by his work as well. There was one minor issue with a custom fence his team built and he came back to our home 60 days after the project was completed to resolve the issue within 2 days of my request. Very well done! We'll use him again on future projects.

We had a great experience with Steven and his crew. He did everything and more that we asked for. I now have a beautiful master suite along with a big master bathroom and closet, plus a garage. He took my vision and made it come to life. I would use him again. He is honest, loyal and says what he is going to do. We are very happy.

S & S Development Co., Inc. built our deck a few years ago. It was a custom design with a roof tie in, screened in porch, and wired for electricity. The work was done on time and budget. Other builders said they could not tie in a roof on our deck like we wanted but Steve was able to do it without breaking any codes or shoddy work. It looks great! We highly recommend S & S Development Co.

Had issues throughout the process including with the final product.Things were not done as discussed and I was treated as if someone was doing me a favor and not being paid for the job. I, in addition to, products were blamed for the issues with the quality of work.
