Best part of this interaction was Liam called me. He kept me informed and didn’t leave me hanging all day, long not knowing when he was going to arrive. Even when he was going to be later than he actually said he He texted me again to let me know. Then when he got here, he pretty much diagnosed the problem right away… It was an easy fix for him… And a relief for me. I really hope his bosses realize that they really have a knowledgeable, personable and professional young man working for them. Thank you, Liam. I appreciate your help.

Extremely happy with the service they provide. As a renter we pay a fee to have the pool serviced weekly and Salten makes it worth it. They respect our property, take the necessary time needed to make sure the pool is in top shape, and communicate effectively as opposed to the previous service company who pretty much came in looked at the water and left. We had a pump pipe break and they were quick to fix it. Thomas is our regular attendant and he is very kind, attentive and goes above and beyond. Salten Pools does great work! They are knowledgeable, respectful, and will help you understand your pool better by the time they leave. Armando was very friendly and thorough. Kyle came out from Salten Pools, he gave a great presentation. Appeared to know what he was talking about. We like that we would be able to access and view everything that they did to our pool thru their app. Kyle had a great mustache, and a great hand shake to be respected. So far so good. If we use their service, I will update the review in 6 months

Multiple employee turnovers, poor install with the refill leaking and lack of communication. Email server going direct to spam folders and office staff miscommunication on services is terrible.

Do not trust this company, they openly lied to my wife claiming they sent pictures when they never sent pictures showing the dog locked up. No pictures were EVER sent to us! The gate was open and I have witnessed first hand them closing my gate in the past. They lied because they don’t want to simply say sorry we made a mistake and locked your dog away from water. A simple apology but instead it’s lies and defensive behaviour!

On July 9 of 2026 Salten pools entered my home without confirming my dog was secured. When they saw that she was outside, they shut the pool gate, preventing her from accessing her water or her shade, and failed to re-open it upon their leaving. The temperature that day was 112, She was found over three hours later barely alive. Their weekly service has been pretty good usually, but some techs aren't as thorough it seems Jordan, their customer service rep, always comes across as lazy and lethargic. Every time I have called it seems I am annoying her or waking her up from a nap. Not the personality type that should be on the phone! Very steep pricing for basic part replacements
