We had a great experience with Sierra Pools. They replaced our tile, plaster, and coping, and applied Spray Deck to the concrete. The whole project turned out amazing, and the workmanship was top-notch. They were professional, did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them. If 10 stars were an option, that’s what I’d give them.

Great communication and they delivered an amazing product after our first pool builder experience was awful! They revamped our water feature and made it look beautiful! Definitely give them a call for any of your pool needs!

Our experience with Sierra was not perfect, but I’m leaving this rating as a testament to Cody for making everything right for us. The issues we had were mostly on the subcontractor side and Sierra was dealing with internal turnover right as our project started. My biggest concern in dealing with a contractor for a large project like this is will they be responsive when you have an issue or will they ghost you once they receive their money.
