If l could give 0 stars, l DEFINITELY would. Year 5 in this house and I’ve spent thousands fixing stuff that should have been done correct or caught during inspection. They must be paying someone off to pass inspections. Roofers just left to replace a vent thingy that wasn’t fully on which caused rain damage. Hot water went out around year 2, had to replace that. Front pole basically split in half and super wobbly. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

I was looking for a townhome/condo in DeSoto County and I ended up speaking with Dalton at Sky Lake Realty/Construction. I ended up purchasing a townhome this month/November at Delta Landing - and Dalton and Sky Lake have been good to work with.

Had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Catherine for my selections today, and I can tell you this was a very smooth process. The selections are beyond the BEST!! The transparency from Ms. Catherine is very much appreciated. She explained everything to detail and answered every question asked. The worst experience ever. My house is only 2.5 years old. I had problems with AC, and gas leak in fireplace. Due to my one year warranty being expired, they will not fix anything that should have been done correctly when the house was built. They use incompetent companies for AC and plumbing among other things. They also use cheap material in the house. I just replaced the countertop in bathroom because it cracked. I called multiple times about the streets being repaired. I was told it would be done soon, when last phase is completed. Then was told definitely by the middle of October…

We built in Delta Landing and had an amazing experience. From the first time we stepped into the sales trailer the sales associate Tammy was very knowledgeable and got us in contract with one of their agents. They walked us through the entire process and explained how every phase was going to go. Within 4 months we had a beautiful home built with the selections we were able to make. The selection lady was very helpful and made it as stress free as possible. After closing we had a few issues come up but we reported them to the warranty department and they were fixed within days. We bought a house in the creekside meadows subdivision. I have had nothing but problems. Should have had a clue when we did the walk through. The ac was coming out the the intake vent instead of where it should have. The the dryer kept giving codes and not drying our close. Thinking they were old bought new washer dryer. Same thing. In the mean time, started having issues with ac. The sent a guy out. He said nothing is wrong. I asked him about the vent for the dryer. He was kind enough to look and found a piece of shingle had stopped up the vent. No problem since then. Now back to the air. …
