This is not my first pool, but it was most certain the fastest and best turn scheduled that my family has experienced. The entire team was great! They took care of all permits and ensured that I was aware of the schedule. If something changed, I was the first to know. Customer service is essential to a positive customer/business experience. This team did a great job! Special thanks to Tyler, Stacie, Jake, Blake, and the entire contracted team.

We are so happy with our new pool and spa and outdoor kitchen. The build went great, all the crews were awesome. Pretty seamless. We love our new backyard and we are ready for the summer!

Supreme were fantastic! From the design to the final product, they were easy to deal with and delivered our dream pool at a very competitive price! During the design phase they focused on what WE wanted and didn’t hard sell anything, they raised and addressed issues and considerations. The construction phase was well within time expectations and we enjoyed the various crews and subcontractors, with any issues immediately addressed. Supreme Pools did a fantastic job on our pool! We were early in the build season last year and these guys had all the expertise on tap to exceed all of our expectations. Tyler, Will, Nick, and Stacie were always accessible during the build process and made everything soooooo easy. They are a local business and the vast majority of my build was done by Supreme employees. Although Pebbletec was subbed out there wasn’t much else that was. Supreme Pools was/has been amazing to work with in building our dream pool. From start to finish. Great communication, quick renderings & several options when designing the aesthetic of the pool. Quick build even during a rainy season. They have gone above & beyond when called to help with questions about the equipment and quick to respond with any minor tile repairs. Definitely recommend!

Update this is the exact response from the company - "As we were given a 1-star review despite continued support, I cannot continue to advise moving forward outside of warranty." After being asked by the company to give a review I was very hesitant until recently. I will say the building of the pool was great but once the final payment was made it was all downhill. I read all the great reviews, and I must be the outlier that they choose to neglect. I waited for a full season plus to enter my review. I can not speak more highly about our building experience starting with Tyler. Wow, I asked question after question and he kindly, promptly and professionally answered and accommodated our specific needs. He was honest and gave me such great guidance. Then Will did a great job with the build and set up as well. Always available for my many questions. Now, Blake! Wow, again, like Tyler, he has been prompt, honest and professional! Supreme Pools built our pool in Summer 2023. Solid work start to finish by Tyler & Blake. Excellent results. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they have been extremely helpful and reliable. Blake helped me troubleshoot and guided me on the workings of the Pool, Equipment & App and I’m very grateful.
