Wow, truly amazing service and knowledge!! We recently bought a house with a pool and I didn’t know how to use the equipment or how to maintain the pool. Colin was not only kind and patient with my many questions, but extremely helpful with step by step instruction and also helped me understand the pool in different seasons, what to expect and when and how to make the best use of our pool! Tidal Pools provided Excellent Customer Service and prompt action to my Heater problem. Colin responded in less than 24hrs and gave an accurate solution to my heater issue and got the heater working quickly.
