Julz & Hector did a fantastic job breathing new life into the pool of my newly purchased home. Hector came out and analyzed the current state of things and explained everything in great detail. Julz came out to drain/wash/refill the pool and got everything shining again!

Trilogy Pools A Cautionary Tale I closed my account with Trilogy Pools, and I wish I had done it sooner. My pool often looked untouched, despite receiving photos that claimed otherwise. To make matters worse, they randomly added services I never requested, charging me for them without prior approval. Despite multiple requests for transparency and the ability to approve services beforehand, my concerns were consistently ignored. The trilogy pools team is very professional and knowledge. Just move into a new home and the pool needed some serious maintenance. They did a great job in getting my pool clean and ready to use. Matt is doing a great job, on maintenance very courteous and professional and timely.

Last week, David came out for pool maintenance at our families rental in Mesa. These guys were on time and got the job done quickly. They made sure everything was running properly and checked all the chemicals. Now my pool is looking great and I'm not worried about it.
