Tru Blu Pool Renovations is without a doubt the best company to do a complete pool remodel. Our pool was about 40 years old and in need of repairs. I did my research and fortunately found Tru Blue Renovations. We had our pool completely redone from decking, plumbing, skimmers, tanning deck built into the pool, waterfall, lighting and the new pebble plaster. Everything that they did was 100% perfection. We had to completely redo our entire pool, coping and concrete around our pool in 2017. Marc and his team did an incredible job transforming our backyard into our own piece of paradise! Fast forward a few years later, with time and weather changes, our pool needed a few repairs / updates. Marc was easy to reach & had excellent communication. We moved into the area this past summer and discovered that our pool had been "patched up" for cosmetics but had not been properly repaired and there were several leaks. We decided to completely renovate and called around to several companies. Only 2 responded to our calls. Mark came out the same day we called. He was very personable and patient with our many questions and concerns. Once we decided to go with them, they started work immediately, the week of Christmas! Our pool is around 35 years old, and was chipping and had stains on the floor. We used Tru Blue Pool Renovations to update it. We got new stone/tiles and a pebble finish inside. WOW, is all I can say, the work is impeccable. It is a stunning transformation. The work was done quickly and communication was on point. Thank you Tru Blue, now let the sun come out so we can enjoy it.

Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I had to call five days in a row just to get someone to come clean our pool. Each person who showed up said someone else would come, then did nothing. When they finally attempted to clean today, they pulled all the debris out and left it in a giant pile of trash six inches from the pool — which I had to clean up myself, and most of it ended up back in the water. They charged us $300 for a cleanup that, five to six days later, still isn’t done. I would not recommend them to anyone.
