Apart from having my own issues with the company.. United is great. All the residents of my neighborhood like to do is complain nonstop. No wonder United left. What sucks is that it took them 2 1/2 season to do so. My neighborhood consists of constant issues every day it seems like. Always antagonizing the poor guards even know it’s not their fault. What should’ve been done, is have another company to maintain the pool every other day. Not put it on to the guards plate, because they already have to do an entire list of things hourly. We’re definitely giving zero if I could. Look at some of these reviews. It’s nice to know that they treated other neighborhoods better than ours. This pool company has been the absolute worst since they started in our neighborhood. They don’t ever come clean the pools like they’re supposed to. We’ve seen guys just sitting in their trucks for hours, and then leaving without cleaning. Talking to the people is unpleasant. We’ve been trying to convince our HOA for years to get rid of these people, and now we’re all going to have to fight together to remove them. By far the worst company, stay away…

While "United Pools takes pool cleanliness, resident safety, and service reliability seriously" the pictures prove otherwise. Failed to deliver contracted services regularly - obvious by the poor and dirty conditions shown in the pictures. Leak in pump room went on for at least a month and no one noticed. I get it - no one came to provide service so the leak was never seen or addressed by the "service provider." Avoid this one - you have been warned.

This is the first Summer with United Pools at Ansley Golf Club, it has been a very Emotional & Memorable SUMMER. I am truly impressed with Prince, Jordie and DJ. These young men are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful and not to mention ATTENTIVE. They ensure that the pool is clean 24/7 and that our kids are always smiling. Once it's adult swim they either are playing with our kids or ensuring that the pool remains clean. Hope to have them back next year. BEST SUMMER EVER!

Do not use. Our HOA used this company and Year over year the quality of pool service got less and less. Neglected maintenance, etc. Then you provide them with feedback about it and they leave right before July 4th weekend.

United Pools did a horrible job keeping our neighborhood pools clean. They neglected the basics and at times both pools looked almost unsafe to use. Do not use this company!

Our HOA used United Pools for our community pools. We had several, frequent issues with lack of pool maintenance. I would not recommend their services.
