This is a bit of an atypical review but bear with me. I think it'll be worth your time. I'm a deck builder based in Southern California and I travel to Atlanta this week to spend a whole week with Bryan and the team, learning from Outback Deck about how they run their operations. Outback did a fantastic job replacing our old wood deck. From the design phase to the installation, we were really impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Any concerns during construction were promptly addressed by Ricky and his amazing crew. We could not be happier with our new deck.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Six months to get my dream deck and patio replaced after being told 2-3 weeks, weather permitting. It ended up being a complete nightmare! OUTBACK DECK hires out unprofessional sloppy sub contractors to do the actual work. These men had no respect for me or my property, smoked in my back yard, and one man was even spitting over the deck rail into my yard. My house, land, and deck were damaged. I had to pay over $3000, on top of the $48,000, to cover up all of their subpar work so that I didn't have to look at it every single day. The workers scratched…

Hiring Outback Deck to build our new deck was an amazingly easy and professional experience. Our Project manager Ricky, did a wonderful job keeping the project on track and overseeing all the details. I have run into very few project managers who I think are as professional as Ricky. The end project looks just like we envisioned it, and we couldn’t be happier . We highly recommend Outback for your next project.

The O in the last week

We had the pleasure of meeting with Nathan “Nate” Allison of Outback Decks Inc. He is one of the most easy going and friendly salesman with whom we have ever dealt. His direct and business-like presentation, with no pressure at all, was refreshing as well. He is a sincere and honest individual. We are looking to replace our existing porch and stairs with either wood or composite. Nate was so thorough with his explanations. My wife and I recommend Nate to anyone considering a new or rebuilt deck.

Although we ran into challenges with the ordering process, the company was outstanding with installation and we have been pleased with how everything turned out. Very good people to work with, professional and showed up exactly when they said they would.

We had a brand new synthetic deck put in. Outback Deck was great! They handled all the permits and the meetings with the inspectors. The new deck looks amazing! And they finished before the estimated finish date! Our project manager was Ricky, he was great through the whole process and kept us well informed.

I'm glad I trusted out back deck to handle my deck renovation. They did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the results. My old deck was not made correctly with the right materials and quickly deteriorated in the shady and humid conditions of my backyard. The new deck is built correctly, built to last, and really opens up the space.

After buying a house with an exceptionally well-crafted deck with Timbertech boards built by Outback Decks, going back to them for stairs, a patio, and Timbertech Signature boards was an easy decision.
