We had vacation pools install our pool 6 years ago. Had an issue come up recently the came out about year after we let them know it wasn’t an asap problem but they took care of it. Guys even noticed some other issue not under warranty and handled it. I know a lot of people recently got let go because of some internal issues Gerald didn’t get into but they are a lic and reputable company. Issues sometimes come up. But we would definitely hire them again.

We are extremely happy with the job. The team was professional, on time and efficient. This is exactly what we wanted and Gerald communicated every step and what to expect. We highly recommend Vacation Pools.

Hi Gerald and Jessica, Please give me a call so we can discuss this matter. There has to be a way to resolve the situation. I understand you may be experiencing financial difficulties, but I need you to address the warranty issue with my pool. I’ve read numerous negative reviews, and I need clarity on whether you intend to honor the warranty or not. It has now been two years, and we are still waiting for Vacation Pools to fulfill the terms of the contract we agreed upon. Gerald, Jessica—what’s going on?

Horrible customer service. They’re only responsive when they’re trying to get your money. They do shoddy work and when you ask them why your backyard that cost you over 50k was left half finished, they say they’re short staffed and then ghost you. DO NOT waste your time or money. Go to someone else.

Unbelievably horrible customer service experience. They are unreliable with their words. The owner Gerald first seemed so nice and genuine, however, things got so ugly when I didn't like the job they have done. I couldn't find a way to communicate since he raised his voice so many times and finally hung up on me while yelling at me on September 12th. He shouted at me telling me that I was not paying what I owed. This was not true. I was so upset with the work they did after you sent me an email showing that the job had been completed. He gave me a call back 6 days after I reached out. This who…

It’s been about 2-3 years since they built our pool. Our pool guy today says our plaster looks like it’s 10 years old. It’s dark and lots of streaking. We fought with them to get the project (including all of our landscaping) done in a timely manner. I had to threaten to sue them. It was a comedy of errors and excuses. I would be hard pressed to recommend anything about this company.
