We recently worked with Watercrest Pools to design and build a custom Spool (a combination of pool, spa, and water feature) and an elevated patio — and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! From our very first meeting, Greg Neppl and his team truly understood our vision. Fantastic pool company to work with. From design to finish we felt taken care of throughout the process. No new construction is perfect. There are always things that come up through the process. It is how this pool builder handled these is what impressed me the most. We are thrilled with our new pool and cannot recommend Watercrest enough!

I've had multiple pools built over the last 25 years in DFW. The last two by Watercrest. The difference between Watercrest and other pool companies is night and day, which is why I went back to Watercrest again for my newly completed pool. I really appreciate their collaborative design process, their proactive communication, their attention to detail, and ultimately, their quality. I can't say enough good things about Watercrest.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Watercrest! We redid out pool and patio, adding a jacuzzi, firepit and outdoor kitchen. Even with all the rain in May, they were able to complete the job to useable status in time for my parents 60th anniversary party. The backyard is beautiful! Watercrest is fantastic to work with on all sides of the process and experience! Design, construction and the final product were all executed great! I’m a designer and have worked with them with clients and knew when doing our own pool, they are who we wanted and could trust for our project!
