Nice staff. Will answer questions but it's good to know what you want first. They sell a lot of things so they may recommend something you can do without. Not that they're trying to up sell but why say no when it will work for the customer either way.

Jalen from Corson's Pump and Pool Supply in Scottsdale was a wonderful representative of this company. He was courteous and very aware of the specifics related to his job, specifically, repairing my sand filter. The job site and filter were left in clean, excellent running condition. He discussed things that I should do to my vacuum cleaner and the overall working aspects of the pool. We had wonderful conversations on the side about a variety of subjects. He has a wide range of knowledge. I was very impressed. Great service from a great company!

Tried to replace a worn gasket on my sand filter and snapped one of the parts of multiport valve. Figured I was looking at either continued struggles to do the repair myself or wait several days for a drop in replacement to arrive. Leslie’s only had a few available locally and at triple the price of online options. To their credit they referred me here, this place is tucked behind a little bowling alley had no idea it was even there. Corsons is the best. Like working with an old fashion neighbor hood business. My pump has not been working for two days. I was studying the manual and even spent last night trying to get AI to help. I was so frustrated!!!! Finally I called the store this morning and Logan walked me through it all and identified the problem and the solution!!!! Thank you Logan.
