We have used A Oasis Pool Service for several years now-since the AO build of our pool and outdoor space. Logan has always been available to answer questions & help us with maintaining a clean and healthy pool. Rod has been our most regular tech weekly for a while now and is always a pleasure to chat with. Rod contacts us prior to arrival to ensure the dogs are up & confirms our swim plans for that day prior to adding any chemicals. Fantastic experience all around. From the design, to the build and now the weekly service we’re thrilled with everything we’ve received. This post is in regard to the service department headed by Logan Sell. He is always very helpful with anything regarding my pool. He knows what he is doing, explains everything well, and is very accessible. He has a great team who service customer’s pools. He is helpful and makes sure that things are done correctly. We've been using A Oasis for about 2 years now. They've always been very attentive to the needs of our pool and Logan has always been quick to respond when we have any questions. When we need to change our cleaning days they always find a way to make it work. We have a much older pool so we see renovations in our future and will be using them for those as well. Highly recommend.

I have used A Oasis Pools and Outdoor Living for over 2 years now and they are the absolute best. I have my pool cleaned weekly and it is always perfect after every cleaning. Logan and his Team are always on time and also available anytime I have a question about my pool. Glad they are local to Waxahachie and the best out there!

Everyone has been great since we bought a pool at A Oasis. Logan has been very quick to solve problems, which is very meaningful to me as a customer! But the person that really stands out is Noah. He is a jack of all trades and goes way beyond what most people in today's world would do! He is kind, friendly and will always take call after hours! A Oasis designed and built an amazing pool 3 years ago for us. They completed the job less than 60 days from dig date. Recently we had a few issues with the tiles in the spa and Logan Sell went above and beyond to get this remediated for us and the spa looks better than when it was first completed, which I never thought that would be possible since it was beyond my expectations originally. Logan was very attentive and stayed in constant communication during the remediation. A Oasis built a stunning pool, pergola and landscaping project for us. Our designer Kelly Parker was great to work with and she brought our vision to life. As new pool owners, we frequently have questions, and the Service Manager Logan Sell and Noah Mejorado have been beyond helpful. They are both available by phone or text whenever we need help, and they both really go the extra mile, and are always so polite and friendly while helping us.
