Earlier this month, I was looking for the perfect spot to host an open-house community building event for a local women's organization here in Wilmette. I was walking my dog near the Starbucks at Washington and Green Bay when I remembered A. Perry Homes around the corner. I had attended a school fundraiser there way back when in pre-Covid times! We spent months researching builders before making a decision, and this company ended up being the right choice for us. The finishes feel durable, the layout flows naturally, and small details were clearly considered carefully. Heavy rain delayed exterior work for a short time, but updates stayed consistent throughout. After several months living here, we still feel happy with the decision we made.

We have had a wonderful experience building our dream home with A. Perry! Every person we have worked with on our project has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They truly treat you like family! Now that our home is built, I will miss the people we have gotten to know over the past year during construction. We could not be happier with our beautiful new home. They make sure everything is to your satisfaction down to the very smallest detail. The quality of our home is unsurpassed. I would recommend A. Perry Homes to anyone who wants to build their dream home.

From beginning to end, building a custom home with A. Perry has been phenomenal! They designed and engineered a beautiful home on a unique and challenging lot. Our home is everything we dreamed of and we couldn't be more pleased! We had a great project manager and a strong support team. They have surpassed our expectations! I went here for the release of the annual NS (North Shore) magazine restaurant issue. There was outstanding, delicious food from Norton's Steakhouse, NaKorn an urban Thai kitchen, as well as others. This included watermelon with cured salmon and mango and coconut Sweet Sticky Rice along with steak shish kabobs. However, the stand out of the evening for me, was the A. Perry Homes studio and showrooms in this location. This location is a resource for the community, hosting events for nonprofits, Community organizations and educational groups.
