First call spoke with one of the owners Alisha who was nice , also had contact with Brian another owner who in my opinion was NOT very professional at all when I set up service, it was for cleaning service. The first cleaning they came out ended up having to come back out again because they did not get the pool completely vacuumed at that time. I was told there was something wrong with something on top of the filter. We could never get him to explain what the problem was. They did say they don’t repair That issue. ABC Pools is an excellent pool company! They are extremely knowledgable and honest and very timely when my pool needs serviced! I used other pool companies in the beginning and they always let me down. When I found ABC Pools, I didn’t have to use another pool company ever again! I’ve used them for years. I had to stop using them because my new house does not have a pool, but I highly recommend ABC to take care of all of your pool needs!

Very unprofessional to work with. I expressed concerns about levels being too high for months and was talked down to by Brian telling me to not even talk to the techs that they are very busy and do not have time to talk to me about my pool levels. Fast forward a few months our 1 year old pool now has several wrinkles in the liner from extended time with high levels of chlorine. (Yes we open the pool daily to let It breathe) We have tried to work things out with Brian and again he is rude so I guess we will be seeing him in court.

This company and its owner offer an incredibly poor service. They over treat your pool and never test the water and just keep dumping chemical in and charging you. My wife called him and he spoke to her like she was a child. It ruined my liner and now he wants to sue me for $800. RUN from this company.

I know several people who are leaving ABC Pools due to recent unprofessionalism...I am one of those people. Brian and Alecia were wonderful to work with until I disputed my bill. At the beginning of the season, I purchased enough chemicals for the year from ABC Pools; however, after reviewing my invoices, I realized that I was also being charged for these chemicals each week (even though they were using the chemicals that we purchased at the beginning of the year and were stored in our pool storage area). ABC pools has been wonderful to work with Brian help us with all our concerns and very punctual and respectful and actually help us. Unlike other companies that said they couldn’t help us. I have nothing but good stuff to say about ABC pools

I've used abc pools for a year Brian and Alisha are fantastic honest-to-god truth I've never had a more caring owners and staff my saltwater pool has been perfect all year round they do a phenomenal job opening closing treating super minimal chemicals when needed couldn't ask for better company I will use them forever. 6 16 2026 Brian has even been amazing we actually had a horrible storm and had to shut down our pool for emergency reasons for construction and these guys were professional for the tea came out immediately cleaned it got all the debris out of it and shut it down for safety trul…

Brian and his crew are the best. They know there stuff inside and out. No problem is too big for them. Try the out and you will love them!
