ADI has been super helpful and available the last few days as my wife and I have had to prepare our pool for the impending ice storm and potential loss of power. Zeb and his team have answered our calls promptly and walked us through the process of how to drain and winterize our system. And a few minutes ago, Zeb followed up with us again to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. Really pleased with all of ADI’s help this week. Now, fingers crossed for the storm!

I only rated this company one star so that I could leave a review. If you’re thinking about installing a pool and are considering using ADI Pools & Spa ( who have now changed their name to Aquatic Designs, Inc. in Climax NC), and run just as far away from them as you can get. I’m sure the name change is due to all of the negative reviews on the ADI website.They will install your pool and when you start having problems with over half of the pool shell cracking and also the tile and deck falling apart only six months later, they will pretend like they don’t even know you. My dear friends Brandon & Abby Sharon had this company build them a pool and unfortunately they failed to put in an expansion joint. This has caused a massive crack in their pool shell. This company refuses to uphold their 10 year Structure Warranty or return their calls. This is going to end up costing them an additional 80 to 90 thousand dollars to repair. I urge strongly against using this company!

This company did a huge in ground pool for friends of ours and the pool is beautiful but now less than a year later it has some major issues. The owner has been contacted numerous times and does not respond to emails or phone calls. They do not back their warranty..they will not even come out to see what the problem is and try to resolve it. This is the worst customer service ever. Highly do not recommend. I would not walk but run to another company.

These guys are busy, busy, busy and yet still take time to take care of you. They installed our pool 2 years ago and have been responsive to my many many questions. Even better….I realized how much I hate fishing out all the leaves that drop; they quickly came out and within a couple of weeks I had a mesh cover installed. Zeb and his team are great

ADI is a family owned business that earns their reputation of excellence. These folks know the pool business inside and out and helped us from the planning stage to the operation process. Even when the unusually hash winter temperatures came and I slid into my equipment and knocked a valve off (just as I needed to catch a flight to Argentina in 40 min!) Zeb Voight assured me he would take care of it that day!

ADI built us a beautiful pool ! We had a great experience with this company, better prices than what we were quoted by the original company we wanted to hire. Of course there were some delays due to rainy days, waiting for material that was promised earlier but then took longer, something ADI has no control over. We have a great pool and we are also very happy with their pool service.
