We had a great experience working with KBuilt to get our vinyl liner replaced, as well as getting few minor repairs completed. Heather and Kevin were great do work with. They answered all of our questions and were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pool looks beautiful! We couldn’t be happier!

It's not easy to turn a regular backyard into a beautiful area with a pool and patio...but it's just what K-Built did for us. From design, to construction, to keeping the pool water balanced, they do it all and do it well. We highly recommend K-Built if you're looking for a pool builder. UPDATE- 1 year after install and we’re still loving our K-Built pool...added 1 photo.

Where do I begin? :-) In 2009 we purchased a new home(fixer upper!) that came with a pool.The pool had sat for many years and it was disgusting to say the least! On a whim I researched nearby pool companies and came across K-Built Pools.I spoke with Heather several times throughout the process.She was informative and helpful.A date and time was arranged for them to come out and install our new liner.Kevin and his helper arrived as planned and on time.Being that this was our first pool I was full of questions and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable.Through the years whenever we need pool service …

Great people and owner. Very helpful and has very good quality products. Bought one of their pool vacuums which has made my work of keeping our pool clean super easy now.

Slow to respond when you call and have a leak. I don't own a giant pool and a leak in my pool is significant. I called on a Saturday when they state they are open,(10 to 1) no one answered or called back. I called on Monday and explained my leak was shooting water where the fitting goes into my sand filter. I turned off my pump due to the leak. I am now at Thursday and crickets. I called again on Thursday and they came out to see the issue. I'm grateful for the follow up with the tech. He explained I could turn on my pool to recirculate which was beneficial to learn.
