When opening our pool this year with a new liner. Water was delivered everything looked like a go, turned on the pump and smoke rolled and just humming! Went on line and bought a pump and motor (BIG MISTAKE), nothing lined up! Freaking out, I reached out for Crystal Clear Pools (my Saviors), they helped me find away to get this pump up and running! I didn't even buy it from them and they were wonderful! In the mean time my new water was turning green and guess who came to my rescue again? You got it Crystal Clear Pools! Absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable staff! They truly care and take their time to answer all your questions. We were buying very expensive chemicals from another pool company that had our pool looking cloudy and our pockets empty. Crystal Clear Pool & Spa saved the season for us! This is our 3rd season (starting out with) a soft sided pool. Our pool water is so beautiful and clear! When the time comes to buy a hard sided above ground pool, we will only trust them!! Superior service and knowledge! This is my eighth year having a pool and for some reason 🤷🏼‍♂️, opening up this year has been an absolute disaster! Max gave me a masterclass interpretation of pool chemistry and helped walk me through finishing opening up this year. Max and Makayla were the absolute friendliest people I have met in a long time! ! I officially have a NEW POOL STORE HOME even if I have to drive past the one a mile away from home!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They repaired an issue with my pool that my previous pool company could not figure out. I knew from the minute I met Billy that he was going to figure it out. Communication was excellent even during the busiest time of year for them. My pool is now fixed, and I will be referring others to Crystal Clear Pools & Spas.

I can't recommend this pool company enough! They completely turned our pool around and got it crystal clear when we didn't think it was possible. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions.
