Creative pools offers top notch service! From the installation to care after the pool is ready they have been super to work with. While the builders were here Steve ,Cody and the crew were super nice and even took time to talk to my 4 and 3 year olds. Every time I have questions the staff is fast to respond and will even text me with instructions when I hang up. I have to say I am so glad we chose Creative pools for our pool its beautiful and has already been a wonderful place to make memories. I would reccomend Creative Pools to everyone!

I have been doing business with Creative Pool for a couple of years and have been pleased with the knowledge and service. This year I needed a new liner and I have to say the did an incredible job from start to finish. The installation crew did a great job! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

This is a very good company to work with. They do great professional work but mainly because they know how to communicate. Becky is up front and keeps you in the loop. The crew is fantastic and knows how handle a hiccup. I found my new pool people.

Creative pools owners and staff are the best! As someone who never thought they would have a pool and therefore knew nothing about pools, they have made my dream come true and continue to educate and help me to learn about the pool! They are patient, kind thoughtful and really listen to your needs and desires! From installation to closing/opening of the pool, they have been right there! I honestly could go on and on! We had a wonderful experience with Creative Pool Builders. They communicated with us promptly when we had any questions, and Becky helped me pick out a beautiful liner! The team who installed our liner was great, came out exactly when they said they would, etc. We are extremely pleased!!

Creative Pools installed our Radiant Pool several years ago and have always opened and closed it over the years. This year they started a new service and we signed up. Each week their experienced professional comes and cleans and balances the pool. Tanner is typically the one that comes out and you couldn’t ask for nicer young man to maintain and service your pool. He’s always got a smile and glad to see you. Let me just say that with the new service our water is always balanced, we have enjoyed the pool so much more. I may need to do a light vacuum or get out a few leaves but it’s always read…

If you need any pool work done these are the guys to call. Hard working, very knowledgeable and honest people. Highly recommend Becky, Steve, Kaz and all the people in the office that make it happen!
