Owner James and his team are first rate. The estimate for the new pool heat pump was excellent and the personal service and attention to detail were outstanding. Communications were exceptional and the crew removed all the old equipment and cleaned up perfectly. It’s refreshing to find a high-quality business owner that respects your job like it was his own. Came to my boyfriends home to fix a leak where the filter is the tech puts a Vaseline type gel around the ring and leaves, I ask him shouldn,t you put a new ring in he says the one I have is fine, 4 days later it started leaking again, I called them and was told I would have to pay for them to come back out, I said that's not right he should have put a new rubber ring in while he was here, basically I was told to bad we have cost to cover so you have to pay for another service call. Aloha Pools is my go-to whenever l have any problems with my pool. They are prompt in answering my call and coming to evaluate the problem. The technicians explain what needs to be done, the cost and, if l okay the repair, when they can fix it, many times the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of pool repairs. They are nothing short of awesome.
