I couldn’t be happier with the pool maintenance service! The new system they’re using is fantastic—it provides a full breakdown of all the chemicals checked and includes pictures of everything that was done and completed. It really gives peace of mind knowing exactly what’s going on with the pool. We did have a small issue at one point, but I brought it up to the supervisor and it was fixed immediately, no hassle at all. The communication has been great throughout, and the pool tech is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I would NOT recommend using Ocean Blue. They cost us an additional $900 in water fees by carelessly leaving the water on and leaving. Ocean Blue was in charge of maintaining the pool for our vacation home, and twice the technician left the water running and left for good. Fortunately the neighbor found the water overflowing into their yard, and turned it off, days later. On the 2nd occurrence, they refused to repay the additional water costs, even after the bill was submitted to them. We are no longer using their services.

Brett is fabulous..from day one! I tend to be outside a lot and so I see brett when he comes. He is very diligent about cleaning our pool and if I point something out about rust, etc He gets on it the next service. He's extremely responsive. If Ai text a quick question on rhe weekend he still answers. He's really very good at his position and we don't want anyone else servicing our pool.

Thanks to this company our pool is green and filthy for memorial day! The communication sucks here. My elderly mother has called and emailed since thursday evening, with a promise of someone coming...noone showed up to clean it. This has been happening frequently in the last year, since service was switched to this company!

We’ve been very pleased with our Ocean Blue Pool Service since taking them on as our service provider. We are especially placed with Sam our pool service person. He’s always available to answer any questions we have especially about the alarms that go off on our system. He takes care of them, and checks our system very thoroughly. Sam send a complete review after every service. We are very happy with the choice we made in choosing Ocean Blue and Sam as our provider. I highly recommend their service for anyone with a pool.
