We love the Americas Home Place in Florence !! We just moved into our new home and can't adequately express how pleased we are with the entire experience. From the first phone call, to getting the keys handed to us, everyone treated us with good old fashioned customer service. George was the first we worked with and he took all the things we wanted in two plans we picked and offered a better plan with 400 sf more and less money. The great detail that this builder puts into the home building process is something that you do not want to miss out on! They make sure that you are taken care of during the home build process through every step. Pure customizable processes that make any future homeowner feel like they are building the most important house they have at the moment. They also use nothing but the best product vendors, as well! Wife and I loved the model house in Fayetteville. Was exactly what were looking for. Made the appointment. Arrived on a Friday evening at 2:00 pm. Was told initially we would be the last booking for the day so we would have 3 hours to work with the sales person. You ever feel like you're given the bums rush? Wasn't there 30 mins.. Yes, no haggling because the hidden costs are presented to you when you arrive; so whatever you figure the price per square foot to build is in your area, go ahead and add another 35k for the foundation and 42k for "landscaping.
