Undoubtably the best pool spot in Florence. I’ve been to them all and this is the only one that feels like they care about you understanding the issues with your pool. I have had Ashley help me the 3/4 times that I’ve been and she is great. Takes her time to answer all of your questions and also my pool is ready to go for the summer thanks to her. Great customer service and should be everyone’s go to honestly!

Been here a couple times and have been pleased. Took a pool water sample for them to analyze and they told me to just drain some water from pool. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of chemicals I didn’t need. Give them some business if you need pool help. Good people!
