Whatever you do, do not use Barrier Reef!!! They are a terrible company to work with. Someone in our neighborhood had their pool installed crooked and unlevel. It had to be completely taken out and the cement had to be redone. It was still unlevel so it had to be done a third time. They put in our pool crooked even though we stated clearly at the beginning that we heard that had trouble putting in crooked pools. They assured us that all precautions would be made to make sure it would be level. They did not do this and did not recheck it. The cement was poured and the pool was unlevel. …

I can write a book on what I don’t know about pools, so needless to say, I had a LOT of questions when I walked into the store. I was pleasantly surprised by how extremely helpful and patient everyone was! They listened to my pool problems and made accurate recommendations to fix the problems. Save yourself the heartache of guessing what’s wrong with your pool, and come see these people!

Nearly a year later after they "installed" my pool and spa, parts are still improperly installed on the pool resulting in the salt cell not functioning since day 1, and the spa still has damaged panels on it that they were going to replace, then later changed to "a large dog did it" in my private fenced in back yard. Do not trust these people.

These people do not honor their word purchased a pool and was told that if we did not use the cleaning on the off-season that we could used them during the summer well if luck would have it we started calling him back when it got warm and now they're saying that our time is up in July that's one year but theyve forgotten that during the off-season we didn't receive cleaning March they were coming out to clean it so what happened to the rest of months we were told we could use during the summer don't believe these people They do not keep their word once they get your money they're done with yo…

Avoid this company at all costs. They are notorious in the area for improper installations and poor customer service.

This is the place to go for all your Pool needs! They are always friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable of the products they sell and very helpful with problems you may be experiencing with your pool!

I wouldn't recommend buying a pool for this place. Super nice when you want to purchase but when it comes to install and customer service not so much.
