From the first phone call to now we still keep in touch with dreamscape. Tara Charlie April and the whole crew were spectacular. When they said it was an all inclusive pricing they meant it. From the first day Tara came for a site visit and all the way to pool school with Charlie every call text or visit we knew ahead of time what was happening with our beautiful pool. My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful of how honest and upfront everyone was. Thanks to Dreamscape we have our Oasis we have always wanted.

Dreamscape Pools gave us a remarkable experience having our pool put in. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, accommodating, and so much more. We feel like we made new friends through the whole experience! Our pool is everything we imagined it would be! My experience with Dreamscape pools was very positive from my initial meeting with Tarah to pool school with Charlie (which went on via phone well after the job was complete). Their desire to do an exceptional job was refreshing and their availability for any questions or concerns speaks to their customer service. I never felt like my questions were a nuisance and they were very patient if I asked them to explain it, just one more time. This has been a a great experience working with Dreamscape pools. The staff, permits, installers, electrician, concrete mason, All have been very professional and personable. Especially Tarah, Charlie, Patrick, and April...thank you for making this magic happen in my back yard:-)

Dreamscape Pools was outstanding in helping our family navigate the process of selecting the pool that best met our needs and having our pool installed. Tara was wonderful to work with and provided guidance and advice without pressure. We did not feel like she was trying to "sell" us, but was more of an advocate for our best interest. After the installation, Charlie was and is a great source of knowledge for maintaining our pool. I highly recommend Dreamscape for anyone considering installing a pool.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Both Charlie and Tarah were absolutely wonderful from the beginning of our project with planning until the completion. They showed us everything and how to work everything they helped with the design. If something wasn’t going to work that they thought or something they thought would look better. They discussed everything with us. They were nothing but professional from the beginning to the end.
