I tried for months to get a local (Florence) company to even call me back about replastering my pool. I finally started contacting companies out of town. Brother's Pool in Conway called me back immediately and based on my photos and measurements (since they aren't local) they prepared a quote within just a couple of days. Alexis answered all my questions and was quick to respond to emails. It was several months before I was prepared to have them start, but once I paid the deposit, they were here within just a few days - and their price didn't increase even though I suspect their costs did. Brothers brought our 1980s pool back to life with new plaster and tile. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we are delighted with the work. I would have liked the communication to have been better throughout the process, as I felt like I needed to initiate each step rather than having information provided, but overall a great experience!

We wanted to share our experience with our pool contractor this summer on a very difficult pool installation, logistically. G’day folks! My hope in this review is to give you a little ray of positive sunshine in your search process for finding a decent and reliable pool repair and renovation company that is right for you. Brother’s pool did a beautiful job retiling and replastering with glass pebbles, they are an honest family business and will go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer, I would never use anyone else, I’d give 10 stars if I could

My husband and I went into wanting a pool very skeptical. We called pool companies for quotes. The only company that was totally upfront with us about size, ideas and cost was Brothers Pool Construction. Our salesman was Alexis, who was so enthusiastic about our project. He spent a lot of time with us going over different ideas of what we could do. Brothers Pool is a family owned company which is important to us.
