We found ourselves in a predicament where we needed a pool company willing to install a liner for us that had been measured and ordered by another company. After hearing no from everyone or it will be 12 weeks out. CPC POOL WORKS said yes we can do that for you and install it 3 days out. And boy did they, the install team was absolutely amazing. We hired CPC Pool Works to update our ‘90s pool, as well as, to open and close our pool last season and were impressed with each service. Ian listened to what we wanted and was great at giving us all the information to make the best decisions for our project. I always felt at ease asking questions and communicating any changes that we wanted, which honestly is not always the case with some contractors. Any issues were addressed and corrected promptly. We will definitely be hiring them this season!

Great locally owned business. Their communication is excellent. We put a liner in with Cpc Pool last summer and they have exceeded our needs with issues this year as well. They are very responsive and timely—I cannot recommend their services enough.

Our pool needed main drain repairs and we had pool lights that didn’t work well with our pentair system and also at least one broke every year. We called Ian after cpc was recommended to us by a leak detection company who couldn’t do the drain repair. Ian gave quotes with options, made recommendations to minimize costs, gave options for how to proceed and design choices. We spoke on Thursday and on Sunday he had the pool drained, Tuesday repairs done, Thursday acid wash completed and water refilled, and Friday initial chemicals put in. Very unprofessional experience. I hired this company to perform a leak detection service on my pool. They rescheduled twice due to rain, which I initially understood and accepted as reasonable. When their technician, Jake, finally came out, the leak detection process was extremely limited. He used a listening device around the pool returns and drains and performed some dye testing. Based on that, he stated that one of the return lines sounded like it was leaking.
