Bobby is a outstanding pool tech and his service goes above and beyond I highly recommend him for a sparkling pool
Bob and Al are wonderful. Very professional, courteous and kind. Bob responded to all questions via phone/text right away and Al showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing our pump. He even called ahead to let us know he was on his way as promised! I would use them again for any of my pool needs!
I received a call from Bob @ 7:19am to confirm appointment for today but was never given a definitive appointment time. Bob indicated I didn't need to be home & they would come in my yard & repair my hot tub & send me a bill or leave an estimate. NOT!!! I made sure someone would be @ my home. I called after 12pm to find out when will the technician arrive, still no definitive time and once again Bob indicated I didn't need to be home & they would repair my hot tub & send me a bill or leave an estimate. Friendly and on time. Fixed the leak in my spa then came back twice to check on it. Knowledgeable and professional while still remaining warm and friendly. The charges were more reasonable than others in area.
