We recently purchased a new home in Palm Springs that included a pool package. As we chose to upgrade the features/size and options. We worked closely with Mark Tunkel and Matt Naylor at Architectural Blue and very pleased with the workmanship and by far, the invaluable advice and suggestions made but their team during the design process. I don’t know how they get such good reviews. Zero communication and zero response when requesting repairs to their work after completion. In late 2020 we did a complete pool renovation including replacing 2,000 square feet of concrete slab. The caulk joint where the tile and concrete touch split within weeks. We also have major differential cracks forming in the slabs. I can’t even get them to come look at it. Our 9 month old pool/patio has more cracks than the old setup did.

Not a single commitment was kept. They do good work but you'll wait a lifetime to see a finished product. Commitments mean nothing! Take the worse case scenario and double it to estimate your completion date. Pay for nothing in advance!
