I had a fantastic experience with Arizona Pool & Pond company. I reached out to Amy, who quickly arranged for Scott to assess my fountain, which had a malfunctioning pump after seven years and required a new check valve. Scott arrived on time, was pleasant, and worked efficiently. Amy handled the quote and all scheduling seamlessly. While they may not be the cheapest option, the exceptional service, clear communication, and extensive knowledge provided are well worth the cost.

We stopped in at the store location in early April and Scott came out 4/14. It did take a couple calls back to see when scheduled. We decided to have our small pond cleaned and possibly have it made a bit bigger. We decided not to make it bigger so scheduled the cleaning. Cleaners (co-owner & helper) came out on 5/12. We were pleased with how it looked once completed. In less than a week (with following treatment) it looked NO different than it did prior. We had had a difficult time finding someone who was willing to come repair and clean out our pond/waterfall. It was green and gross for months! Thank you Steve for braving the high temperatures and working hard to get everything cleaned out and working again! Excellent work! Will have them continue to clean it regularly! I hired AZ Pool and Pond to fix a leaky filter on my pond, which should have been a $20 part. I offered to send them a photo of the broken part so that they could easily identify it, but they declined. They told me I needed a new pump, for which they charged my $2,000. The new pump drained my pond and sucked out several fish. They didn’t respond to calls and messages about the problem for days, until I left a 1 ⭐️ review. Finally, they went out to “fix” the problem, but the next time I checked, the original filter was still cracked and the pond leveler in line with it wasn’t getting water, so …

Jacob cleaned our pool filter cartridges which are located in a congested area with a stucco wall close to the unit. Even though it has difficult access, Jacob never complained about the location or the 95° weather. He was courteous, well mannered and took the time to do the job right.

Over the last 50 years I have hired many residential pool maintenance companies. I have never had a relationship with a pool company that could match the outstanding service we receive from Arizona Pool and Pond. There service is outstanding in every respect!
