Excellent service! Todd came the same day I called, with a replacement pump already on his truck. He does not believe in the typical service approach of one visit to diagnose the problem snd another to fix it. My pool was back in operation in less than an hour.

Penguin Pool Service was recommended to me after I moved to a home with a demanding pool. I can truthfully say that you will not find better pool services in the DMV area. Look no further than Penguin Pool Services. Todd was incredibly well informed, friendly and honest. He was easy to work with and answered all our questions in kind. I have dealt with my fair share of cons and poor service so, working with Todd was very refreshing. They have really earned those 5 stars. No company is more deserving of your business.

Absolute trash. My home warranty company contacted Penguin for an electrical issue with my pool. Todd was my point of contact. For nine days he dodged, ignored, or misrepresented himself via text messages. He had every sorry excuse in the book including not having any idea when the sun might set on what was his third or fourth reschedule. This company is all that's wrong with Google letting people buy positive feedback. I encourage you to read the one-star reviews. They are a far more accurate representation of what you can expect from this outfit: nothing.

I highly recommend Penguin Pool. We recently bought a new house with a really nice pool but it was going to be my first summer as a pool owner. Todd was awesome in patiently answering every question I had - which believe me, I had a ton of questions. He was responsive over text message, phone or when I saw him working at the pool. Quite frankly, he made it very easy to me. Pool looked awesome the entire summer and we enjoyed it a lot. Looking forward to work with Todd, like many others here, for many many years! Thank you Todd for taking good care of our pool and make it look easy.
