Great company to work with. They designed our vanishing edge/infinity edge pool, which looks awesome from the house side, and we couldn't be happier. Very good construction team and development team. Whole team is very knowledgeable, hardworking, construction supervisor can be quite character, but knows his stuff and always comes thru. It was pleasure to do business with them.

We could not be happier with our pool and Rosebrook. They have been fantastic throughout the process, from permitting to construction and maintenance. Very responsive and attuned to customer feedback. During the initial process, we changed our mind multiple times about the design and various options and Rosebrook was extremely flexible. They made the permitting process easy and did a great job coordinating with our other contractors.

We absolutely LOVE our Rosebrook pool! We have only used it one summer so far, but it was exactly what we wanted! We had only had one issues with the spa spontaneously draining, but Rosebrook sent their technician out right away and resolved the issue. They also have a great new billing tool that let's me know when their tech is on his way and when he's done. I also get a report of all important chemical levels sent directly to my phone.

Moved to Rosebrook for our pool cleaning and so far I have been very impressed with consistency of service from pool opening to weekly pool cleaning service and most of all it is impressive that the manager offers her personal phone number (and is very responsive) in the event you need anything.
