DesRochers replaced my inground pool liner. They did wonderful work! They were quick to reply to my MANY questions and concerns. The process was seamless and simple. I would recommend them 100%! Before and after pic. Light blue to a beautiful darker liner.

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking a pool company. Christina, Leah and Eddie always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides detail. We just recently had a big job completed such as replacing the pool liner, replumped of filter and heater. From start to finish beginning with scheduling, keeping us updated throughout the job they did an awesome job. Desrochers has done great work for us on multiple occasions. Most recently they replaced the tile around our pool. These guys are great to work with and they do a fabulous job. The are punctual and work very hard when on site. They also did a great job of cleaning up our pool after the job and helped us get the water chemicals balanced again. We rely on them and our pool is always clear and sparkling!

Pool was opened April 16th 2025 by Andy and another associate. They did a fantastic,efficient opening as they do yearly. We have used DesRochers Backyard Pools for many, many years. Just wanted to thank them for always meeting our needs for our huge inground pool. Great service from start to finish. An old valve finally failed. I looked it up and it was not readily available but a replacement was found and it was installed quickly and cleanly. Great customer service.

I stopped in just to see what was available! Angela in Shorewood was so helpful and knowledgeable and very smart! She sent me home with a brochure for my husband to peruse! He found one he liked, Andrea in Wilmington had one on the floor for us to see in person and now we're relaxing in our amazing Caldera hottub! 3 delivery men came and took our old dilapidated hottub away easily and efficiently! Best experience ever! 100% recommend them for all your hottub and pool needs!

Went to get a pool closing kit and they wanted the ridiculous price of $118 for a 3 chemical kit!! What a freaking rip off!! Went home and ordered a kit on Amazon for $33.
