From the first phone call to Backyard Pools inquiring about a new pool to the finished pool we have been extremely satisfied. Donnie was timely with returning phones calls and getting a quote and contract to us. They were even able to start our pool a bit early, always telling us each step of the process and following through. Every employee has been hard working and respectful. We used their weekly pool service as well and have been extremely satisfied. We highly recommend Backyard Pools.
Great company to work with, always shows up when scheduled and great communication. I ordered a new automatic chlorine dispenser last year on a Friday and it was installed by the following Wednesday! Last winter they closed my pool for the first time and my pool looked better than ever this year. Thank you!

Very professional company to work with, helpful with picking out a new liner and when replacing was very kind, and informative. Our pool looks so amazing I feel proud to show it off. I would highly recommend Backyard Pools for any and ALL services! They are amazing and so is the customer service!
The office people are very helpful with water testing. Donny was great planning our pool, and Austin is a font of knowledge for my new pool and hot tub. Looking forward to the first season with the pool and hot tub this summer!
