Our pool build experience was wonderful! From start to finish the team Lex, Glenn and Dylan were so knowledgeable and helpful as far as helping with pool location, explaining the process and setting up expectations too, it was seamless. They really handle everything and set us up with vendors for gas and electric, ect. Timeline was fast and easy they got it done quick on the off season and always followed up with details and pictures. Great communication of any changes or issues too. It is hard to know where to start for this review. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. From the first meeting where the process was explained, to the details about the construction, insight as to why certain construction decisions were made, a full explanation of the equipment recommended, a tour of previously installed pools when we were undecided about styles and colors, my wife and I knew we had met with an outstanding contractor and company. Pristine Pool & Spa has been fantastic to work with. Our pool is always clean and in excellent condition thanks to Samantha Townsend. She does an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining the pool, is dependable, thorough, and always leaves everything looking great. We had a 20 year old indoor concrete pool which Pristine pool & Spa made look brand new with new colored plaster, accent tile, drain covers and water features. They also replaced old sand filters with new cartridge filters and many old, leaky valves. The entire process was lengthy but worth every minute and every penny. The entire process was made seamless with their operations manager Lex keeping us informed of next steps throughout. The sales staff was knowledgeable when we first purchased - the techs that come to service our spa are always friendly and competent and the office staff is very attentive whenever we have had a question or concern. Highly recommended...

After more than two decades of second rate fly-by-night pool people I found Pristine Pool! Consistent professional, courteous competent work. Today Scott and BRIAN answered all my questions and explained how to use the Internet system. I could not be happier with this company and all of their people and I have been recommending them to my friends.
