Thank goodness for Precision! I had a really hard time finding a pool service to help us out after we bought a home with an inground pool which had been uncovered for 2 years. We had an outstanding experience with Precision Pools installing our new pool liner. From start to finish, John was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He communicated every step of the process, was transparent about what to expect, and took the time to answer all of my many questions and eased my concerns. I called looking for someone to help close my inground pool in a house we just moved into 3 weeks ago . John was able to accommodated me very very late into the season . I have zero pool knowledge.He was very informative and friendly . I wished everyone was this helpful and kind . I absolutely will have them come out anytime I need help and encourage others to do as well .
